Thank you for the excellent customer experience I have been afforded through my recent purchase. It was obvious extensive care was taken in wrapping my book for shipment. My wife is a librarian and commended the recycling effort regarding the tabloid paper used for the interior packaging. I, a retired engineer, greatly appreciated the opportunity to brush up on current news as per the Observer article of 12.01.20 regarding prince Harry and Meghan Markle recapping events going back to 2011. As I am a volunteer at our local library I was compelled to share your presentation to our library staff and with our local postal clerk. All were greatly entertained with the exception of our postal clerk after I jokingly pointed out what was being distributed under his watchful eye. My customer experience brought back memories of an old movie I saw in the mid 1980's entitled "84 Charing Cross Road". My wife and I watched the movie this evening after borrowing a copy from the library. It afforded us a much need mental health break from the current political situation in the USA. For that gift of inspiration we are eternally grateful and wish all of you the best in years to come.

Everything excellent but most of all the very efficient packaging: the paperback book was protected by a carton in the back (against possible bending) as well as a plastic bag (as a second layer against possible moisture intrusion) and the whole lot had 2 paper wraps. I've never had a book packaged with such care and thought before. Hard cardboard cut to size for backing, clear plastic bag for waterproofing and then several layers of wrapped newspaper padding between that and the brown parcel paper itself. Delivered 3/17/2016 - well ahead of estimate of 4/1-4/14 - all the way from England, not bad! Exactly as described. Somehow package got wet along the way - wetter inside than outside when got here but book did not get wet because was protected by plastic bag.
